14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving the product to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It is important that you complete the RMA form before you send anything as a return. If you do not complete this form or do not complete it correctly, you are NOT entitled to a refund.

Return Costs:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the courier and country from which you are returning the package. However, alternative options may be available.

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 14 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom-made products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift card returns are also excluded.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the existing item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU):

If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
